1. Booking & Service
[DRAFT] By booking a cleaning with Butterfly Cleaning, you agree to provide accurate information about your home or business, including its condition, size, and any hazards, so that we can prepare an appropriate quote and cleaning plan.
2. Pricing Based on Self-Reported Condition
[DRAFT] Quotes are estimated based on the information you provide about your home during booking (size, condition, pets, and other factors). If the actual condition of the space differs significantly from what was reported, Butterfly Cleaning reserves the right to adjust the price or scope of service before work begins, and will communicate any change to you first.
3. Review Before Staff Leaves
[DRAFT] We encourage you to walk through the space with your cleaner before they leave, whenever possible, so any concerns can be addressed on the spot.
4. Claims Window After Service

5. Refund Conditions
